Join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant and play an important role in delivering the exceptional experience our guests expect. As a Room Attendant, you will help ensure guest rooms are clean, organized, and ready for arrival while providing friendly and professional service.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Make beds, replace linens, vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and proper presentation.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and found items promptly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping areas and assigned equipment.
• Complete assigned rooms efficiently while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
