Hotel Front Desk Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.

Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.

Make, modify, and cancel reservations.

Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
