We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
• Perform butler duties such as replenishing the mini-bar, polishing the glassware, taking out trash and collecting room service trays.
• Ability to work night audit shifts as needed. A typical Night Audit shift is from 11pm to 7am.

• Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in phone systems and reservation software
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel management practices
• Familiarity with hotel services and amenities
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
