Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team at Avir at Del Sol in El Paso, TX. As a Housekeeping Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our residents and staff.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment

• Clean and restock resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces

• Restock linens, toiletries, and paper products as needed

• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area and assist with laundry duties

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healthy and safe environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
