Courtyard Marriott Downtown El Paso is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team! The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms according to hotel and Marriott standards. This position plays an important role in ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Marriott and hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned guest rooms and areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Follow proper Lost & Found procedures.
• Maintain and properly use housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Respect guest privacy and hotel property at all times.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests.
• Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail.
