• Salaried Position: $45,000 - $55,000 plus the benefits below

• Accurately and timely process payroll for all employee groups
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits
  
  Review and approve timekeeping data prior to payroll submission
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws
• Maintain payroll, benefits and compliance records

• Positive, “can-do” attitude
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll and/or benefit administration
• Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping platforms
• Knowledge of TX and NM wage and hour compliance and benefits administration
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be 18 years of age
• Experience working with HRIS and benefits platforms (ADP), supporting audits or ACA reporting preferred
• Bilingual a plus!
