Amentum is seeking a Grievance Coordinator to oversee the detainee grievance process in a facility setting. You will ensure grievances are documented, tracked, investigated, and resolved in line with National Detention Standards and facility policies.
You will play a key role in identifying systemic issues, coordinating investigations, and recommending corrective actions to leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and at least three years in related fields are preferred.
