Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Head of HR across El Paso and Centennial locations. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will partner with management to drive employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain accurate HR records. Travel between El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO is required.
