We are seeking an organized, professional, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays an important role in supporting our employees and managers while coordinating a wide range of day-to-day HR functions. The HR Coordinator will serve as a key resource for employees and managers and will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding through benefits, attendance, payroll support, employee relations, and offboarding.

- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee information, personnel files, and HRIS records.
- Process employee changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, pay changes, and terminations.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, interviews, background checks, and candidate communications.
- Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, and training.
- Assist with employee benefits, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and benefits‑related questions.
- Support leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, and other leaves of absence.
- Administer and monitor attendance and timekeeping processes.
- Assist with processing payroll, timekeeping reviews, and payroll‑related questions.
- Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies regarding staffing needs, employee assignments, attendance, and related issues.
- Support workplace safety initiatives, safety documentation, training coordination, and communication of safety requirements.
- Assist with employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, and corrective action documentation as directed by HR leadership.
- Maintain compliance‑related records, postings, forms, and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with tracking key metrics such as headcount, turnover, attendance, absenteeism, recruiting, and training.
- Coordinate employee communications, HR policy rollouts, employee acknowledgments, meetings, and engagement activities.
- Assist with employee separations, exit processes, benefits notifications, and HRIS updates.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and Company information.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- 2–4 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and employment compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with managers and the HR team.
- Strong customer‑service and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required
