We are seeking a Supply Chain Data Management Specialist to support a Military Health System client by owning the creation, governance, and integrity of Item Master data across enterprise healthcare and military logistics systems. This role serves as the primary custodian of supply master data, ensuring accuracy, interoperability, audit readiness, and operational continuity across medical treatment facilities and warehouses.
You will bridge healthcare supply chain best practices with DoD logistics standards
, working extensively with Oracle Health Supply Chain and Logi Cole (formerly DMLSS).
- Create, validate, and maintain Item Master records in Oracle Health and synchronize with Logi Cole/DMLSS
- Ensure accuracy of item attributes including NSN, UPN, pricing, vendors, units of issue, and catalog data
- Govern data integrity, reduce duplicates, and resolve system mismatches
- Manage interoperability between healthcare ERP and military logistics systems
- Conduct routine audits to ensure synchronization of catalogs, pricing, and transactions
- Support data migration, sustainment, and system transitions
- Coordinate with logistics, contracting, finance, and clinical stakeholders
- Support lifecycle management of medical products (recalls, substitutions, obsolescence)
- Develop dashboards and KPIs related to catalog accuracy, pricing compliance, and processing time
- Train users on Item Master governance and document SOPs
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years experience in healthcare supply chain, master data management, or ERP environments
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,
Power BI, Tableau
)
- Oracle Health Supply Chain module experience
- DMLSS / Logi Cole or similar DoD logistics systems
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Familiarity with military or government healthcare environments
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams
- Certifications such as CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma
