Entry Writer – Cross Border Truck Entries
Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Department operates 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Positions: Multiple openings
Pay: $16
About the RoleWe are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Entry Writers to support our Cross‑Border Operations team. This role is responsible for processing cross‑border truck entries, inbonds, and related documentation to ensure compliant and efficient movement of freight.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and process cross-border truck entries and inbond documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations
- Communicate with brokers, drivers, carriers, and internal departments
- Monitor entry status and follow up on any discrepancies
- Maintain organized and timely documentation and records
- Support operational flow across assigned shift
- Experience with customs entry writing or cross-border documentation (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule – must be able to work one of the department’s shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM
