The Social Media Lead is responsible for owning and executing DATAMARK’s organic social media strategy across relevant platforms, with a primary focus on Linked In. This role develops and manages a cohesive content strategy that aligns with broader marketing objectives, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives. The Social Media Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and thought leadership while ensuring consistency, quality, and performance optimization across all social channels
The Social Media Lead will own and execute DATAMARK’s organic social media strategy across relevant platforms, with a primary focus on Linked In, aligned to brand positioning and marketing goals.
- Develop, manage, and optimize the social content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing, platform best practices, and cross-team alignment.
- The Social Media Lead will create, curate, and oversee high-quality social content, including copy, basic visuals, and collaboration with designers for advanced creative.
- Support executive and SME thought leadership by drafting content and positioning DATAMARK as a leader in BPO, CX, and digital transformation.
- Partner with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams to support integrated campaigns, demand generation, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage community engagement, employee advocacy, and inbound interactions, routing inquiries to appropriate internal stakeholders as needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on social performance, providing actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and visibility into trends and opportunities.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to draft, proof, and refine executive- and brand-level social content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- The ideal candidate for the Social Media Lead will be skilled in social media analytics, including the ability to review, validate, and interpret key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks, traffic contribution), and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent social initiatives, campaigns, and content workflows while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- · Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including partnering with marketing, PPC, analytics, design, HR, and leadership stakeholders.
- · High attention to detail and quality, with the ability to enforce brand standards, governance guidelines, and approval processes across all social channels
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Field ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands, with 6-8 years of experience preferred.
Proven experience managing and growing Linked In, and/or other social media accounts for a B2B brand or organization.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools like Hub Spot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
