About the RoleWe are on the lookout for a dynamic Chief Technology Executive to join our executive leadership team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's technical vision while providing pivotal leadership in engineering efforts. Your strategic insight will guide the development and growth of our platform.
You will collaborate closely with our product team to ensure we deliver high-quality, innovative products that meet specifications, deadlines, and budgets. This role includes managing global, remote engineering and architectural teams, evolving software development practices, and seamlessly integrating technology across our product ecosystem.
As a transformative leader within our organization, you will influence changes in business, operational, and technological strategies. Engaging with customers, prospects, and partners on technical platforms will be a key part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a technology leader in a global SaaS environment, ideally with B2B, B2C, or B2B2C experience. If you are passionate about fostering high-performing, execution-driven team cultures and possess a solid technical foundation in software development, project management, and product development, we want to hear from you.
You should have experience leading diverse teams of 50 or more—including offshore, contract resources, and direct employees. This role demands a leader with not only high intelligence and analytical strength but also the ability to build consensus and make decisive decisions. Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep sense of ownership for the company's success are essential attributes.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree being a plus.
