SAP ABAP Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Developer with strong techno-functional expertise and a proven background in SAP upgrades, particularly S/4

HANA on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions based on complex functional specifications.
• Utilize ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO, and CDS Views for development.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across SAP systems.
• Provide support to users, partners, and internal teams.

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize development backlog aligned with business goals.
• Support SAP upgrades and system enhancements, particularly S/4
  
  HANA implementations.

• Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and developers.
• Lead communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay updated with SAP trends and new technologies.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and optimization initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Developer.
• Hands-on experience with CDS Views.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, especially upgrades on cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of SAP development lifecycle and standards.
• Experience working across multiple SAP modules.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and functional teams.
• Experience with technical documentation, testing, and quality assurance processes.

• Experience in high-tech or semiconductor industry.
• SAP Certification in SAP Development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing complex SAP implementations and backlog prioritization.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
