Data Visualization Engineer – Army Vantage

All Candidates must be a US Citizen and possess an Active Secret Security Clearance before applying.

The Data Visualization Engineer supports Army Vantage by creating intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and visual products that help Army leaders make data-driven decisions. This role focuses on delivering analytical tools, data visualizations, and insights to improve operational awareness and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights for Army operations
  • Create visualizations that simplify complex data for technical and non-technical users
  • Integrate dashboards into platforms such as SharePoint or other Army systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation, definitions, and consistency of metrics across systems
  • Support data-driven decision-making by presenting clear and meaningful insights
  • Assist in improving data visualization processes and tools
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in:

  • Analytics
  • Information Systems
  • Human-Computer Interaction
  • Design or a related field
Required Experience
  • Experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, and dashboard development
  • Ability to build polished, production-ready dashboards
  • Work in collaborative, team-based environments
  • Support operational or analytical use cases
Skills
  • Strong visual design and storytelling skills
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Active Secret Clearance (required)
