Amentum is seeking an ISR Tactical Controller to support the Joint Interagency Task Force – Counter Cartel (JIATF-CC) in El Paso, TX. The role involves delivering actionable intelligence, ISR tactical support, and facilitating interagency collaboration to enhance national security in counter‑cartel and counter‑transnational criminal organization missions.
Responsibilities- Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi‑domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness across complex land and maritime environments.
- Execute cross‑cueing and dynamic re‑tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time‑sensitive targets.
- Assist with daily operations center reporting and processes, including development of operational summaries, story boards, images, and video capturing.
- Present findings, options, and recommendations to decision makers through coordination and participation in cross‑organizational engagements.
- Operate from a 24‑hour operations center and cover shifts outside of business hours as the contract allows.
- Active Top Secret U.S. Government Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS SCI) and U.S. citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ISR tactical control functions, preferably within a military setting.
- Graduated ISR Tactical Control course within the past five years (preferred).
- ITC Graduate preferred.
$70,000 – $120,000. Compensation is a good‑faith estimate and may vary based on responsibility, experience, and market factors.
