ISR Tactical Controllers

Amentum is seeking an ISR Tactical Controller to support the Joint Interagency Task Force – Counter Cartel (JIATF-CC) in El Paso, TX. The role involves delivering actionable intelligence, ISR tactical support, and facilitating interagency collaboration to enhance national security in counter‑cartel and counter‑transnational criminal organization missions.

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi‑domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness across complex land and maritime environments.
• Execute cross‑cueing and dynamic re‑tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time‑sensitive targets.
• Assist with daily operations center reporting and processes, including development of operational summaries, story boards, images, and video capturing.
• Present findings, options, and recommendations to decision makers through coordination and participation in cross‑organizational engagements.
• Operate from a 24‑hour operations center and cover shifts outside of business hours as the contract allows.

• Active Top Secret U.S. Government Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS SCI) and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ISR tactical control functions, preferably within a military setting.
• Graduated ISR Tactical Control course within the past five years (preferred).
• ITC Graduate preferred.

$70,000 – $120,000. Compensation is a good‑faith estimate and may vary based on responsibility, experience, and market factors.
