Job Summary /strong  / The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to a wide variety of customer  / types and situations. Progressive levels of responsibility within the role will necessitate a more proactive  / approach to preventing future issues and fostering customer educatio/p pstrong

Responsibilities:/strong/p pRepresent the technical support team in cross-functional meetings and projects.  / Handle the most complex and critical technical issues.  / Advise on more complex technical issues that Analys I amp; II cannot resolve, as needed.  / Act as a subject matter expert for specialized technical areas within the organization.  / Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting techniques and solutions.  / Conduct training sessions and workshops for technical support teams and end-users.  

/ Act as a point of escalation for critical issues and provide hands-on assistance when necessary.  / Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency  / and effectiveness.  / Works with IT leadership to run the Change Management System/p Pay Range:  , General Benefits: strong
