Senior Implementation Specialist - Wisely Paycard

About the Role

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front‑line contact to provide exceptional onboarding experiences to clients for the Wisely Pay product. Your primary goal is to help the implementation team and their clients achieve a successful implementation of the Wisely Pay product. Each day will present new questions and solutions that keep the work engaging.

• Payroll experience
• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
• Strong client relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a performance‑based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
• Ability to recognize basic procedural issues and appropriately escalated them
• Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
• Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office
