Qualifications- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferred).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
