The Boys & Girls Club of El Paso is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for staff tech support. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, install devices, manage user accounts, and document incidents in our ticketing system.
You will also assist in creating IT documentation and provide basic training to staff on hardware and software usage, contributing to a reliable technology environment for youth services.
