Enterprise It Business Analyst Iii
The enterprise IT business analyst III scope of responsibility includes understanding the business goals and processes of Texas Tech departments, ability to use this knowledge to document business processes, serve as a liaison between central IT and functional departments assisting in support of software applications and manage business analyst projects, as needed. Additional responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and developing data relative to business areas, assisting in implementation and configurations of software applications, and suggesting improvements in business processes as automation is implemented.
The IT business analyst will document project definitions and business needs for automation use by the programming staff. Enterprise positions are restricted for use in central IT Division areas reporting up to the institutional CIO and, as such, may interface with key IT leadership and/or functional leadership from the Texas Tech University System institutions.
