The Providencia Group in El Paso is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to manage tickets, provide resolutions, and keep the knowledge base up to date.
You will work with IT staff to support onsite and remote end users, troubleshoot software/hardware, manage user accounts in AD/Azure AD and Exchange Online, and help maintain assets and SOPs. A 1–3 year track record and at least one entry-level certification are required.
