This is a full‑time hybrid or remote role for a Commercial Title Examiner based with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting title searches, examining title opinions, verifying chains of title, and reviewing deeds to assess property ownership and encumbrances. The role also involves assisting with escrow processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements for real estate transactions.
Collaboration with team members and accurate documentation will be essential to support residential and commercial real estate operations.
- Proficiency in Title Opinions and analyzing property‑related legal documents
- Experience with reviewing Deeds and ensuring title accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Escrow processes and practices
- Ability to conduct comprehensive Title Searches and verify the Chain of Title
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with regional real estate laws and regulations is a plus
