Ship​/Rec Specialist - Level 3

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts, ensuring inventory data integrity.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipping and receiving documentation.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to shipping and receiving.

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and shipping documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and supply chain software tools to track shipments and inventory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to shipping and receiving activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Experience working in building automation or related industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as People Soft or SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
