Lead Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Lead and support the logistics team to optimize processes and improve efficiency in supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline logistics workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles to effectively manage logistics operations.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools to analyze and optimize supply chain processes.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing logistics data and processes.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to foster a positive work environment.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving logistics challenges.
