Logistic Clerk Needed in the East Area Pay: $21.00/ hour Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Bilingual Preferred Weekly Pay

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping, customs, and freight documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
• Resolve freight discrepancies, delays, customs holds, and shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate transportation and customs records in logistics systems.
• Track inventory movements and assist with inventory reconciliation when needed.
• Calculate shipping costs and assist with freight invoice verification and payment processing.
• Support audits and provide documentation related to customs and transportation activities.

Experience in logistics, transportation, customs brokerage, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are often preferred in cross-border logistics environments.
