Role Mission

To lead and manage admin operations of the company. This includes overseeing strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Role Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the company's administrative strategic plan in alignment with its mission and vision. Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to drive growth and profitability.

Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and profitability. Implement cost-effective measures and monitor financial performance against targets.

Admin Oversight:
Provide leadership in day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Streamline processes for maximum productivity and resource utilization.

Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of admin coordinators and employees. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance and

Risk Management:

Ensure the company complies with all relevant industry regulations and legal requirements. Implement and oversee risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.

Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer concerns and implement solutions to meet their needs.

Market Expansion and Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, diversification, and new service offerings. Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders.

Technology and Innovation:
Stay abreast of technological advancements relevant to the transportation industry. Evaluate and implement innovative technologies to improve operations and customer experience.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track company performance. Provide regular reports to the board and shareholders on progress towards strategic objectives.
