A high-profile retail shopping center located in a structured, secure campus environment is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead financial performance, operations, tenant relations, and team development.
This role is responsible for driving NOI, overseeing budgeting and reporting, supporting leasing strategy, managing capital projects, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained, high-performing property.
What We’re Looking For in a Portfolio Manager:
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience (retail preferred)
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and CAM reconciliation experience
- Proven leadership in structured or policy-driven environments
- Experience overseeing maintenance, security, and daily operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- CPM, CRX, or CSM a plus
