Serve as Training & Quality Assurance Manager under a Senior Consultant Labor Category to provide Training, Certification & Workforce Readiness (HAZWOPER, AT Level I, OPSEC) aligned with NAICS: 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training for 2005 (Supply Technician) / 6907 (Materials Handler) Series related activities as a GS-09.

Responsibilities include coordination of hazardous waste accumulation, preparation of disposal documentation, ensuring proper packaging and transport, supporting environmental compliance, and tracking waste manifests under the

/Swim Lane for Training Governance, QA Oversight, Workforce Certification Compliance.

• Develop training programs and curricula for HAZWOPER, AT Level I, OPSEC certifications.
• Manage certification processes and oversee quality control procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and track performance metrics.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate hazardous waste accumulation and turn‑in, preparing disposal documentation and ensuring compliance with packaging, transport and environmental regulations.

• 7–10 years of training/QA management experience; 3+ years supporting Army logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; training certifications preferred.
• Experience with NAICS 611430 and related supply/handler series.
• Strong knowledge of HAZWOPER, AT Level I, OPSEC, and related certification requirements.
