About the RoleThe Enhanced Analysis Team Lead oversees high‑risk case escalation and fraud analysis activities within a regulated, government‑aligned program. This role leads investigative efforts, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures that complex cases are handled with urgency, accuracy, and discretion to protect program integrity and public safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead investigation and escalation of high‑risk fraud or safety cases
- Coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders as required
- Oversee analytical reviews, audits, and investigative documentation
- Identify trends, patterns, and indicators requiring corrective action
- Support development and refinement of investigative procedures
- Provide reporting and briefings to program leadership
- Associate’s degree or three (3) years of relevant professional experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in fraud investigation, safety analysis, compliance, or government‑regulated environments
- Strong analytical, investigative, and report‑writing skills
Employees may be required to work extended hours including evenings, on‑call assignments, and weekends to support time‑sensitive services. This position is essential and may require work during emergencies or crises, including inclement weather, natural and man‑made disasters, etc.
Condition of EmploymentComplete a drug test, must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid U.S. Driver’s license, and be available to travel. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a government background investigation to obtain required security clearance.
Physical DemandsStanding, walking, mobility, climbing, stooping, kneeling (10% of the time); lifting/pulling/pushing (10% of the time); writing, typing, telephone use 100% of the time; sitting for prolonged periods.
