Control Account Manager – Product Support

Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) is seeking a Control Account Manager to join their Product Support team. This position will provide day‑to‑day Control Account Management support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio, including international programs.

Requirement: U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. The position requires an active and existing security clearance on day one.

• Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable results.
• Partner with program management, functional leads and internal partners across Raytheon/RTX in day‑to‑day program execution.
• Operate computer‑based programs, tools, and applications, including Microsoft Excel and APEX, to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases.
• Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis.
• Execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate‑at‑Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs, and assist with risk and opportunity identification and calculation.

• Acquire Raytheon/RTX business acumen and understand SBU & SSBU organizational structure.
• Learn program management practices and organizational responsibilities.

• University degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of experience.
• Prior financial analysis/budget management experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

• Proficiency with financial planning and execution, EVMS, EACs, R&O management, and integrated master planning/scheduling.
• Experience developing and reviewing program and supervisory artifacts such as resource plans, BOEs, master schedules, WBS, and contract deliverables.
• Experience with program risk and opportunity processes.
• Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all leadership levels.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
