This position is located at one of our El Paso, TX Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car branches. We consider commute time and where each candidate lives.

• Competitive Compensation – 1st‑year annual compensation of $47,431–$55,500 with an average 46‑hour work week.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. You’ll learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and what it means to always put our customers first.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Reside in the El Paso, Texas area or willing to relocate within the next 30 days.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• At least 18 years old.
