Job Title
Join the frozen product R&D department under the responsibility of the R&D Manager. You will participate in the development of frozen product ranges. Your daily activities at Maison Thiriet:
You will use your expertise to co-build future frozen product ranges of the Maison Thiriet in collaboration with internal teams (purchasing, marketing, quality, and logistics) and our external partners, while respecting qualitative and commercial criteria. To do this, you will manage the study of technical documents, conduct tastings in collaboration with our chef, and ensure product referencing by implementing specifications. You are responsible for managing schedules to ensure launches within defined deadlines.
You will also manage the optimization of existing product range products (evolution of specifications, quality commitment, redesign).
