What You’ll DoAs the Store Manager, you are the leader of the dealership.
Your success isn’t measured by how much you personally sell—it’s measured by how successful your team becomes.
You’ll be responsible for:Leading People
- Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing top talent
- Creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work
- Conducting one‑on‑one coaching sessions
- Holding your team accountable with consistency and respect
- Developing future leaders
- Owning your store’s sales, profitability, and customer experience
- Understanding your P&L and making decisions that improve profitability
- Managing inventory, aging units, expenses, and gross profit
- Driving trade‑ins, finance opportunities, parts, and service sales
- Monitoring KPIs and taking immediate action when performance slips
- Ensure every customer receives a five‑star experience
- Coach the Happy Trailers sales process daily
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Protect the company’s reputation in your community
