Role Overview
Must be bilingual in Spanish. The Store Manager leads the daily operation of an AT&T retail store, blending retail knowledge and leadership to deliver customers an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and product launches.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Coaches and develops a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
- Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store walls.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
Salary range: $55,000 – $82,600 plus up to $26,000 in annual commissions when sales goals are met.
