Role Overview

Must be bilingual in Spanish. The Store Manager leads the daily operation of an AT&T retail store, blending retail knowledge and leadership to deliver customers an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and product launches.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Coaches and develops a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store walls.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $55,000 – $82,600 plus up to $26,000 in annual commissions when sales goals are met.
