Oversee the maintenance, packaging, and stocking of all bulk foods;
Order and maintain inventory, rotate product using code dates, and ensure proper labeling and pricing;
Engage and evaluate team members through coaching and development discussions; participate in bi-annual performance reviews;
Recruit, hire and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager; address team concerns and implement corrective actions;
Create and manage staff schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency; act as Manager on Duty as needed
