We are seeking talented candidates for the Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is the nation’s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations.

• Lead, train, and provide safety guidance and motivation to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals.
• Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
• Frequently perform functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as required due to business needs, absences, or other factors.

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• We can train candidates without prior vehicle maintenance experience who meet the above criteria.
