Operational Leadership and Execution- Provide full lifecycle oversight of medical operations, including mobilization, steady‑state performance, and demobilization.
- Rapidly assess, stabilize, and optimize complex operational environments, ensuring continuity of care and service delivery.

- Lead contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to secure favorable terms, service levels, and risk mitigation provisions.
- Monitor vendor and partner performance against contractual SLAs, initiating corrective actions and improvements as needed.
- Standardize contract management processes and documentation to enhance transparency and reduce operational risk.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as contract‑specific standards (e.g., IHSC and detention healthcare guidelines where applicable).
- Support risk mitigation strategies across operations, particularly in high‑risk or crisis environments.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs, ensuring continuous improvement in clinical and operational performance.
