The Director, Program Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the end‑to‑end oversight of complex, federally contracted healthcare operations. • Provide full lifecycle oversight of medical operations, including mobilization, steady‑state performance, and demobilization.

• Support contract growth, modifications, and recompete efforts through operational insight and customer engagement.
• Lead contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to secure favorable terms, service levels, and risk mitigation provisions.
