The Branch Service Center Manager m anages the development of a professional service center support team to ensure achievement of service center revenue targets, operational goals and 100% customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Manage the Service Center Team at the Atlanta location
- Responsible for successful daily opening and closing of service center location
- Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer
- Assists Service Center Specialists with point of sale transactions as needed
- Responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation and deposits of cash at Service Center
- Keeps required financial records for Service Center
- Writes schedules and hires to ensure proper staffing levels for Service Center
- Maintains required personnel records and files in accordance with Company policy
- Holds Service Center Team accountable to adhering to company policy and excellent customer service levels
- Provides feedback to Service Center Team on performance
- Partners with Program Manager and/or Human Resources on employee relations issues
- Reports regularly business metrics to Program Manager and make recommendations on adjustments as needed
Qualifications/requirements:
- 2+yrs previous retail or customer service experience
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to customers and employees
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under pressure situations
- 1-2 years of sales management experience preferred
