- Rapidly assess, stabilize, and optimize complex operational environments, ensuring continuity of care and service delivery.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable operational plans, performance metrics, and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure timely, responsive operational decision‑making aligned with mission requirements.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive medical services strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to enhance the effectiveness and impact of medical initiatives.
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable operational plans, KPIs, and performance targets for medical services.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify emerging healthcare trends and proactively adapt service lines and capabilities.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new programs, processes, and technologies.
- Oversee all aspects of medical services contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute contracts successfully.
- Lead execution of USG and prime contractor agreements, ensuring strict adherence to contractual requirements, scope, and service‑level expectations.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison with contracting officers, CORs, other Government leadership, and prime contractor partners.
