El Paso Water is seeking an experienced emergency management leader to direct, oversee, coordinate, monitor and enforce emergency management policies and activities. You will serve as the primary contact for EPWater emergency response related activities and work with city, county, and federal agencies.
You will coordinate the emergency response plan, lead training and drills, and ensure ICS/NIMS integration across utility operations while supervising both regular and contract personnel.
