Lead, train, and develop the customs department team. Oversee daily FTZ operations and customs clearance activities. Maintain CBP and government regulatory compliance, particularly with in-bond shipments. Coordinate with CBP officers, Port Directors, brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and clients. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and shipment processing. Resolve customer concerns and maintain high-quality customer service. Enforce company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
