We are currently seeking an Intelligence Program Manager to support operations in El Paso, Texas. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date of October 1, 2026. This is a full-time, CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI Level clearance
.
As an Intelligence Program Manager you will support a high-priority Special Operations mission inside and outside of the continental United States. This position places you at the center of operational planning and targeting, integrating intelligence, joint fires, and operational effects to support decision-makers in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

- Serve as the contractor’s single representative authorized to interface with the Government CO, Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Program Manager (PM), and customer agency representatives.
- Formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel.
- Managing the contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs
- Providing monthly contract status reports to responsible Government personnel, including the Government PM and/or COR.
- Interfacing with CNSP staff on status of contract or T/O performance.
- Coordinating program review meetings, including arranging for facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists, and publishing meeting results.
- Oversee knowledge management processes.
Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the positio n.
- Education & Experience:
- PMP Certification
- Shall have a relevant master’s degree from an accredited college or university OR fifteen (15) or more years of experience in BOTH Program Management (with the demonstrated experience stated above) AND in the intelligence career field.
- Shall have at least ten (10) years of relevant program manager experience supporting the Department of War.
- Demonstrated experience shall include capability to lead project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience with intelligence oversight.
- Clearance:
- Must have a current and active DoW Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Previous experience supporting USSOCOM, TSOCs, SMU, or Joint Interagency Task Forces.
- Graduate of Joint Targeting School, Advanced Target Development courses, or equivalent military targeting programs.
- Experience integrating intelligence, operations, and fires to support time-sensitive targeting.
- Strong written and verbal briefing skills with experience presenting to senior military and government leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a high-tempo operational environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
