Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Assure all manufacturing employees of the designated areas are properly trained by conducting and/or coordinating manufacturing procedures or policies training.

* Document performed work following established procedures.

* Comply with cGMP, quality standards and policies and/or established procedures

* Support supervisors in the training/certification requirement compliance.

* Support the development of training matrices by job positions as required.

* Verify that the operators from their area have their training/certification for the operation they are executing.

* Maintains the Training requirements up to date in the Training Management System.

* Identifies and evaluates training program.

* Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience:

* High School degree or has equivalent experience.

* Two (2) to four (4) years of work-related experience in a manufacturing environment.

* Familiarization with all aspects of applicable manufacturing areas.

Basic Knowledge and

Skills:

* Effective Oral/written Communication in English and Spanish

* Computer Skills / Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Proficient

* General knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations and standards.

* Ability to read and learn to interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

* Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill.

* Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.
