• Pay range: $24.88 - $27.45 per hour, based on skills and experience

• 1.5x pay on holidays, plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays

• Perform maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment and facilities
• Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, decrease downtime, and reduce waste
• Respond with a sense of urgency to machine downtime events
• Complete in-house training programs to develop equipment‑specific maintenance skills; may require attendance at external training, including occasional overnight travel
• Follow all safety and company policies, including lock‑out tag‑out procedures

• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of and experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems, and industrial equipment maintenance
• Passion for maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
• Must have own basic tools; PCA will provide specialized tools and an annual tool allowance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Technical degree and/or comparable experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.

• Starting salary: $24.88 - $27.45 per hour
• Annual bonus based on plant performance metrics
• Paid vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year (pro‑rated for the first year of hire)
