Position: Fabrication Associate I
Join our production team as an Operator and gain hands-on experience with automated manufacturing technology.

This role offers the chance to develop valuable technical skills while contributing to high-quality production in a safety-first environment. What will you do? Set up and adjust automated machinery for production runs by configuring equipment and calibrating machines Monitor automated equipment performance and adjust parameters to maintain optimal production flow Conduct regular quality inspections on output to ensure products meet established standards Troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep What are the key skills we are looking for?

Automation Integration - foundational level; operating automated machinery within the production cell Digital Literacy - developing level; using digital systems to monitor equipment and record production data Quality Control & Inspection - developing level; performing inspections to verify product meets specifications Problem Solving - developing level; identifying and resolving minor technical issues during production Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level;

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
