The Company is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead its global divisional multi‑site network of manufacturing plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both hands‑on and strategic leadership to a team of experienced Plant Managers, driving the transformation of their plants into more efficient, profitable, and responsive operations. This role requires the ability to act as a coach and mentor, advising on best practices in manufacturing leadership, and using experience in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement to drive change.

The ideal candidate will be degree‑educated in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline, with an in‑depth background in manufacturing leadership within the specialty chemicals sector, particularly in continuous process and batch production facilities. The role demands a global, multi‑site manufacturing leader with a proven track record in driving transformation programs to enhance profitability and efficiency. Experience in related process industries is advantageous.

The candidate should be an effective coach and mentor, with direct knowledge and training in Lean Six Sigma. The position is pivotal in the company's transformation towards a more efficient, profitable, and agile group, and the Vice President of Manufacturing will play a key role in aligning technology with the main markets and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
