Training Technician

We are a leading global medical technology company dedicated to advancing health. This role supports manufacturing training and certification compliance.

• Assure all manufacturing employees in designated areas are properly trained by conducting and/or coordinating manufacturing procedures or policy training.
• Document performed work following established procedures.
• Comply with cGMP, quality standards and policies and/or established procedures.
• Support supervisors in training/certification requirement compliance.
• Support development of training matrices by job positions as required.
• Verify that operators in their area have the training/certification for the operations they are executing.
• Maintain training requirements up to date in the Training Management System.
• Identify and evaluate training programs.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• High School degree or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of work‑related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarization with all aspects of applicable manufacturing areas.

• Effective oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient general knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations and standards.
• Ability to read, learn, interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill and ability to apply them to complete own work.
