Operations Coordinator; Production

Job Description:

• Work closely with leadership to support coordination of multiple operations needs including but not limited to tool room and supply room organization and inventory support.

Responsibilities:

• Managing priorities and resolving conflicts for the requests from multiple operations leads, operators, visitors, and other site teams.
• Create and maintain accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists and material requests.
• Organize current tool room and supply room to ensure stock in support of daily operations tasks.
• Order and track any tools and supplies need to maintain available inventory.
• Complete forms for tracking tools and supplies and other records.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Experience with strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills to be able to work with all operations team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Focused on Safety and Team collaboration.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge with SAP, Experience as an operator in a factory or depot environment.

Education:

• Associates Degree preferred but not required.
