Onsite Logistics Material Handler - Construction

Job Overview

The Onsite Material Handler I within the logistics department in El Paso, TX is responsible for supporting site logistics and material handling, receiving shipments, and managing tools, assemblies, and materials for a construction project. This entry‑level role ensures materials and tools are placed at the point of installation in alignment with project needs.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED
• Experience:
  
  0‑2 years of related experience
• Travel: up to 100%
• Work schedule:
  
  6 am to 6 pm, Monday‑Friday; may include nights, weekends, holidays; overtime possible

• Deliver materials, assemblies, and tools efficiently and timely
• Organize cages, Connex, laydown areas, etc.
• Participate in ORM and other safety functions
• Maintain accurate site inventory
• Clean and maintain job site
• Learn company culture and processes
• Develop operating skills through online and hands‑on training; obtain certifications when applicable
• Use proper spotting techniques to assist material moves
• Follow workplace safety procedures consistently
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
